Description
Magnetic stand
- Magnetic Base: A strong switchable magnet (usually 60–180 kg pull force) that sticks firmly to any ferrous (iron/steel) surface. You turn it ON/OFF with a knob.
- Flexible Arm: Adjustable arm (usually 150–300 mm reach) that holds the dial gauge in any position.
- Dial Gauge: Precision dial indicator (0.01 mm or 0.001 inch resolution) that shows tiny movements of the spindle.

Use
- Clean the machine table/surface.
- Place the magnetic base and turn the magnet ON (push knob down).
- Adjust the arm so the dial gauge tip touches the work piece.
- Zero the dial (rotate bezel to “0”).
- Move the work piece or spindle slowly and read the deviation on the dial.
- Turn magnet OFF to remove.
