Description
The HI1001 is a flow-thru monitoring pH electrode Featuring a chemical-resistant PVDF body, protective PEI sleeve, double junction reference, PTFE annular junction, and polymer electrolyte, this electrode excels in harsh environments where clogging or contamination is common. Perfect for continuous monitoring in wastewater treatment, chemical processing, food/beverage production, pharmaceuticals, and plating baths. The flow-thru design ensures constant sample exposure, while the rugged construction handles pressures up to 6 bar and aggressive media without frequent replacement
Hanna HI1001 pH Electrode
- PVDF Body with PEI Sleeve: Extremely resistant to aggressive chemicals, solvents, and mechanical stress; glass bulb protected for durability.
- Double Junction & Polymer Electrolyte: Maintenance-free (no refilling), minimizes silver contamination – ideal for samples with heavy metals, proteins, sulfides, or organic compounds.
- Annular PTFE Junction: Hydrophobic, non-clogging design resists fouling in dirty or viscous process streams.
- Spherical Glass Tip: Wide contact area for fast response and high stability.
- Threaded Mounting: ½” NPT front thread for in-line/flow-thru installation; ¾” back thread for tank submersion
