Description
The YJZ-500D is a compact, computer-controlled friction and torque coefficient tester for high-strength hexagonal bolt assemblies (M16–M30). It precisely measures axial force, tightening torque, torque coefficient, friction coefficient, and rotation angle under dynamic loading.
After each test cycle, the system automatically calculates and prints:
- Average axial force / torque / torque coefficient
- Standard deviation (SD)
- Coefficient of variation (CV)
Ideal for wind turbine flanges, steel structures, and medium-scale fastener QC.
