Description
The BL983320 is a compact, panel mounted, process controller for measuring electrolytic conductivity (EC) of a process stream that is within the 0.0 to 199.9 μS/cm range. The device features a large LCD with protective cover. Users may choose from automatic or manual dosing modes
- Measures electrolytic conductivity in the low range of 0.0 to 199.9 µS/cm (resolution: 0.1 µS/cm, accuracy: ±2% full scale).
- Designed for continuous monitoring of water quality in processes like deionized water systems, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange, or distillation.
- Includes a dosing relay (max 2A, fuse-protected) that activates when the EC reading exceeds a user-settable setpoint. This relay can control a solenoid valve, dosing pump, alarm, or switch between tanks to maintain low conductivity.
- Supports automatic or manual dosing modes, with programmable overdose protection (overtime shutdown) for safety.
- Features automatic temperature compensation (5–50°C, β=2%/°C).
- Large LCD display with protective cover, multicolor LED status indicator, and fire-retardant casing.
- Uses the HI7634-00 EC probe (sold separately, with various cable lengths).
- Compact dimensions: 83 x 53 x 99 mm.
