Primary Purpose
The Hanna HI711-25 total chlorine reagents react with total chlorine (free + combined) in the sample to produce a distinctive pink color. The intensity of the pink tint is proportional to the chlorine concentration. The HI711 Checker measures this color via absorbance and displays direct results in ppm (mg/L) total chlorine, providing better accuracy than visual test kits.
